Why is A NASA Astronaut Promoting a Fox News Celebrity's Book in Space?

Keith's note: Now it is apparently acceptable for NASA astronauts to do on-orbit promotion tie-ins for books written by Fox News celebrities like @DanaPerino who has a book out titled "Let me tell you about Jasper". How much did Fox pay for this - or did NASA give this PR away for free?
