This is the GOP's front-running candidate for President of these United States, folks.
Wow. Someone tell him that sometimes it gets cold in places due to winter.
Remember, "weather is your mood, but climate is your personality". And at least Trump makes it clear he keeps lowering the bar usually set by Senator James Infhofe (R-Oklahoma).
